Inbound marketing was used to ease the transition for customers of this large, popular southwest retailer as it worked through a complete rebrand. First bi-monthly emails were sent to re-ignite a large list of subscribers for the established brand, GardenRidge. This focused on bringing longtime, loyal customers into the conversation and educated them about the current efforts of GardenRidge.
Over the course of the year, the new brand, At Home, was adopted and they began an expansion into new markets. Inbound marketing continued to play a major role, Communications were focused not only on educating existing customers but welcoming new customers and growing in new markets.
ExactTarget, a 1-to-1 digital marketing platform, the Salesforce was used as the framework. I was responsible for the design and development of all emails through the transition.
